Before we lock in your appointment, I just need you to quickly browse through my studio policies below. Booking with me means you're good to go with these terms, so we're all on the same page and everything runs smoothly!

As of this time, I only accept cash & e-transfer as methods of payment.

Please note that if you are 16 years of age or under, you will need to have a parent consent form signed.

⏱️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved entirely for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible!

• Cancellations: Life happens! I completely understand that plans change. You are free to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time with zero fees or penalties. I just kindly ask that you give me a quick heads-up as soon as you know!

• No-Shows: Failing to show up without any notice will result in being blocked from future bookings. Communication is key, so please let me know if something comes up!

🚗 Arrival & Late Policy

Because I work from a dedicated home studio, timing is super important to keep everyone's day running smoothly.

I have a 15 minute grace period. If you do not make it within your 15 minute window, your appointment may need to be cancelled/rescheduled.

👯 Guest Policy

Due to space limitations and the cozy, relaxing nature of a home studio, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. (Unless arranged with me beforehand)

Your safety and satisfaction are my top priorities! Because Korean lifting techniques focus on maintaining maximum hair health, results can vary based on your natural lash and brow texture. If you have any concerns about your lift within the first 48 hours, please reach out to me immediately so I can assess and tweak it for you!
