As of this time, I only accept cash & e-transfer as methods of payment.

Please note that if you are 16 years of age or under, you will need to have a parent consent form signed.

⏱️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved entirely for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance so I have time to fill the spot.

• Late Cancellations (Less than 12 hours): May be subject to a cancellation fee before booking your next service.

• No-Shows: Failing to show up without any notice will result in being blocked from future bookings. Communication is key, so please let me know if something comes up!

🚗 Arrival & Late Policy

Because I work from a dedicated home studio, timing is super important to keep everyone's day running smoothly.

I have a 15 minute grace period. If you do not make it within your 15 minute window, your appointment will be cancelled.

👯 Guest Policy

Due to space limitations and the cozy, relaxing nature of a home studio, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. (Unless arranged with me beforehand) Treat this as your ultimate, quiet self-care time!

💫 Results & Adjustments

Your safety and satisfaction are my top priorities! Because Korean lifting techniques focus on maintaining maximum hair health, results can vary based on your natural lash and brow texture. If you have any concerns about your lift within the first 48 hours, please reach out to me immediately so I can assess and tweak it for you!
